பறிமுதல் செய்த டிராக்டர்களை விடுவிக்க சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்ற மதுரைக்கிளை ஆணை !
சட்ட விரோதமாக மணல் அள்ளி கடத்தியதாக பறிமுதல் செய்யப்பட்ட டிராக்டர்களை உடனடியாக விடுவிக்க வேண்டும் என சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்ற மதுரைக்கிளை உத்தரவு பிறப்பித்தது.
மதுரை: சட்டவிரேதமாக ஆற்றுப்படுகையில் மணல் அள்ளி கடத்தலில் ஈடுபட்டதாக பறிமுதல் செய்த டிராக்டர்களை உடனே விடுவிக்கவேண்டும் என சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்ற மதுரைக்கிளை உத்தரவு பிறப்பித்துள்ளது.
இராமநாதபுரத்தில் மணல் கடத்தலில் ஈடுபட்டதாக காவல்துறையினர் டிராக்டர்களை பறிமுதல் செய்தார்கள். இந்த நிலையில், அந்த டிராக்டர் உரிமையாளர் திரு.எஸ்.முருகன் இதுசம்பந்தமாக நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்குபதிவு செய்தார்.
இந்த நிலையில் இவ்வழக்கு நேற்று சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்ற மதுரைக்கிளை முன் விசாரணைக்கு வந்தது. இவ்வழக்கை நீதிஅரசர் சுவாமிநாதன் விசாரணை செய்தார். அப்பொழுது முருகன் சார்பாக, இந்த டிராக்டகள் மணல் கடத்தலுக்காக பயன்படுத்தவில்லை என தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது.
இதைனையடுத்து திரு.எஸ்.முருகனுக்கு ரூபாய் 25,௦௦௦/- அபராதம் விதித்தது, மேலும் எதிர்காலத்தில் இவ்வகையான செயலில் ஈடுபடவே கூடாது என்று கடுமையாக எச்சரித்து பின்னர் டிராக்டர்களை விடுவிக்க உத்தரவு பிறப்பித்தார். அப்படி மீறி மணற்கடத்தலில் ஈடுபட்டால், மீண்டும் அந்த வாகனங்கள் அனைத்தும் பறிமுதல் செய்யப்படும் என்றும் எச்சரித்தார்.

MADURAI: The Madras High Court (Madurai bench) on Tuesday directed revenue authorities of Ramanathapuram district to release the seized tractors on charges of being used for smuggling sand, meanwhile the court directed its owner to pay fine of Rs.25,000/- and warned the Owner Murgan not to use the vehicles for Such uses again in future.
Vehicle owner S Murugan submitted a petition in the High court after police officials seized the Tractors. Meanwhile, Recording the submission that the tractors had not been involved in any previous incident of sand Smuggling or theft or any other illegal transportation of sand, Justice G R Swaminathan warned the Owner Murugan that if the submission is a false one, the court’s Release order would stand recalled automatically and the petitioner would have to face severe fallout.
